Thank you so much to everyone who attended our 40th VSS Reunion. Your presence, enthusiasm, and unforgettable memories truly made this celebration one for the books! From the epic Friday night mixer with DJ Bryan “Don’t Stop Till You Get Enough” Quint, to the spectacular Saturday dinner and live performance by Diluted Mindz, to the fun of enjoying the “Student Lounge” complete with Pac-Man, Foosball, and your Mom’s old chair—great fun was had by all. And all with only one Fireball injury! Unfortunately, we were unable to take advantage of Sally Ann (McCulla) Reiss’s generous offer of hiking and biking due to the sweltering heat, but we want to thank her so much for her efforts.

Massive thanks to John McMahon and Meyer Sound of Berkley California, for donating the amazing sound equipment for Friday night’s party. Thank you to Patrick Davies and his marketing team at URated, and for flying in from Mexico to entertain us as our MC. To our fabulous volunteers—Judy Shirley, Sandi Lautrup, Sue Horton, and her daughter—for manning the registration/check-in tables for hours on end, to Rob Morris from Printech for supplying all our printed materials, and to the mystery angel(s) who cleaned up pretty much the entire ballroom after we left on Saturday night (we will be forever grateful). For those of you who invested in some 40th reunion apparel, of which there were many, we hope you enjoy it! A huge shout-out to our apparel suppliers, TMS from Enderby—they were fantastic to work with, and we highly recommend them. Your Silent Auction donations brought in over $2,500 to the VSS Benevolent Fund—a huge success as well! Thank you again to all those who donated, bid, and purchased. There were some amazing items up for grabs.
